The options
Destination Germany services are divided into eight options depending on whether you’re sending correspondence, direct mail campaigns, catalogues or other mailing items:

- Germany Letter E-sort (EasyLetter)
- Germany Mail Sort (Info Mail)
- Germany Mail E-sort (Easy click)
- Germany Bulk Mail E-sort (Easy Mail)

Which you choose to use will depend on how many items you ship per consignment, how the items are pre-sorted (electronically or otherwise) and the weight of each item.
Germany Priority + (LetterCon)
For unsorted daily mixed and corporate mail, such as invoices, statements and reminders. We will collect the mail from your premises; sort, frank and inject it into the TNT Post Germany network for delivery. The price you pay is applicable nationwide.
To use this service, you need to be sending a minimum of 500 items per shipment.
There is a minimum and maximum size to your mail (100mm x 70mm, and 353mm x 250mm x 50mm respectively) and a maximum weight of 2,000 grams.
Germany Letter E-sort (EasyLetter)
For electronically pre-sorted and franked mass-produced letter mail, such as invoices, statements and reminders. We will collect the mail from your premises and inject it directly into the TNT Post Germany network for delivery. The workshare component of this service enables us to provide a quick and reliable service.
To use this service, you need to be sending a minimum of 25,000 items per shipment.
There is a minimum and maximum size to your mail (100mm x 70mm, and 353mm x 250mm x 50mm respectively) and a maximum weight of 500 grams.
Germany Mail Sort (Info Mail)
This is ideal for postcode sorted identical non personalised mail, direct mail and catalogues.We will collect the mail from your premises; sort, frank and inject it into the TNT Post Germany network for delivery. Where TNT Post Germany is unable to deliver directly, we will automatically hand it over the post office for delivery.
To use this service, you need to be sending a minimum of 10,000 items per shipment.
There is a minimum and maximum size to your mail (100mm x 70mm, and 353mm x 250mm x 50mm respectively) and a maximum weight of 500 grams.
Germany Mail E-sort (Easy click)
For electronically pre-sorted and franked direct mail campaigns and catalogues. We will collect the mail from your premises and inject it into the TNT Post Germany network for delivery.
This service applies to mailings above 10,000 items per shipment.
There is a minimum and maximum size to your mail (100mm x 70mm, and 353mm x 250mm x 20mm respectively) and a maximum weight of 500 grams.
Germany Bulk Mail E-sort (Easy Mail)
For electronically pre-sorted and franked direct mail campaigns, identical non-personalised mail and catalogues of a bulk volume – more than 100,000 items per shipment.
We will collect the mail from your premises and inject it into the TNT Post Germany network for delivery.
There is a minimum and maximum size to your mail (100mm x 70mm, and 353mm x 250mm x 20mm respectively) and a maximum weight of 1,000 grams.
